Culinary heritage

We may never be able to understand and touch the feeling that humanity experienced with its first attempt at cooking. Neither those signs in the mountains of France nor the historical signs in Africa and Asia can show the special motivation and hidden feeling within man to start and continue cooking thousands of years ago. A motivation that day by day, year by year and century by century took on a form beyond the survival instinct and became what we see today: an inseparable and effective part of human relationships and life! Antiquity, monoculture, the great civilizations of history, the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, the Industrial Revolution and the modern era in which we live, each has had a greater or lesser impact on the form and quality of cooking, depending on the economic, social, political and environmental conditions.

After all the ups and downs of history, “culinary culture” has come down to us like a valuable heritage; This fragrant, flavorful, and colorful heritage has become intertwined with all of our lives, and life without this concept seems impossible. A treasure that we have all tasted a little bit of in a corner of our grandmother's kitchen one day and now hope to repeat. Who knows? Perhaps this hope of repeating "that" pure feeling is what motivates humans to continue the path of cooking after their first cooking experience.
